EcoShade was born from a personal reality. Our founder grew up on a family farm in Georgia, where every season brought new risks — frost, disease, drought — and no affordable expert to consult. Agriculture employs 40% of Georgia's workforce but contributes only 5–8% of GDP. Nearly 80% of farms are under one hectare, too small to afford agronomists, insurance, or experimentation.

When sustainability or carbon farming is presented to these farmers, it doesn't feel innovative — it feels risky. Rational farmers don't gamble with their livelihoods. That's why EcoShade doesn't just instruct — it teaches. Every recommendation explains the reasoning, the expected outcome, and the carbon impact. Farmers adopt sustainable methods naturally, following guidance they trust.

Today, EcoShade integrates regenerative, carbon-positive, and soil-restoring practices directly into everyday agronomy. Farmers don't need to abandon familiar methods — they learn new approaches gradually. We're headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia, with active pilots and strategic expansion into Germany, France, Poland, and Uzbekistan.
